I grew up in a family of artists and artisans: gilders, painters, ceramicists, weavers, silversmiths, fashion designers and clock makers. The notions of art and design were a large part of my childhood. Attending Parsons School of Design was the culmination of a childhood spent creating model houses, designing interiors, drawing floor plans, and taking photographs.
After graduating from Parsons, I worked for a number of architectural and design firms in New York. I designed a diverse range of projects including residential, healthcare, educational and commercial interiors. Some of the firms I worked for include SOM, HLW, Adam Tihany, and Allan Greenberg Architect. I was the lead designer and project manager for one of the first environmentally conscious office interiors in a turn-of-the century loft building for the Natural Resources Defense Council. The project won numerous awards in the emerging field of sustainable design.
Specializing in residential interiors, I have designed projects in New York City and the metropolitan area including Bedford, Garrison, Tuxedo Park, Southampton, Greenwich and West Hartford.
